Interview with Jennifer Zezsut – Chief Social Strategist at Lithium – part 1
Reading time: < 1 minute
I caught up with Jennifer Zezsult at the Monitoring Social Media Event that took place on October 22nd, in San Francisco, CA. (I know its late. Don’t judge me, I just found it!) Jennifer is the Chief Social Strategist at Lithium, a leading provider of Social CRM solutions to power the customer network.
It was funny because when I met her we were both probably the last two people in line for lunch and got to talking. I found out she was going to be on a panel later and had just sold her company. She was so nice and agreed to let me interview her later on that day.
During the interview we talked about a bunch of stuff like social media monitoring, the role of sentiment and how she built and sold her old company. Jennifer is nice as hell and smart as a whip.
So later on that day I Google’d her and found out that that company she sold was Scout Labs and the amount was around $22.5M. (wowsers). This is part 1 of a 2 part interview.
Anyway, check it out:
